With over nine years’ experience in commercial property, Kriti advises on a broad range of matters including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant leases, refinancing and rural property transactions. She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues across the commercial team on larger and more complex matters.
Alice brings over ten years’ experience in residential conveyancing, advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release, transfers of equity and new build transactions. She is recognised for her practical, client-focused approach and consistent delivery of high-quality service across a wide range of transactions.
Working across the property sector, the newly promoted Senior Associates bring technical expertise, a collaborative approach and a clear focus on achieving the best outcomes for their clients. Their promotions reflect both their individual achievements and the strength and depth of talent within TSP.
