Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) celebrates the promotion of Director Caroline Nicholls as Head of Corporate and Commercial Team.
Caroline, a Legal 500 Next Generation Partner, is dedicated to delivering commercially focused legal services to the firm’s corporate client base. She advises companies in the software, property, energy, sports and hospitality sectors, and has broad expertise across corporate law.
Committed to growth, strategy and excellence, Caroline embodies the values which define TSP. Leading by example, Caroline is a keen advocate for junior lawyers within the firm and playing a part in staff succeeding as one.
Having joined the firm initially in 2015 as a Senior Associate Solicitor, Caroline made her mark on the Corporate and Commercial team with her business acumen and technical expertise. She returned to TSP in 2024 as a Director, forming part of a long-term growth strategy.
Former Head of Corporate and Commercial Team, Mary Anne Fedeyko, will continue in her role as Senior Partner and COLP driving the firm’s growth whilst continuing to deliver exceptional legal services to her established commercial and rural client base.
