Laura-Pauline Adcock-Jones, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, joined the TSP Dispute Resolution team in September 2019. She advises both commercial and private clients on a wide and varied range of general litigation matters including; landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial), breach of contract disputes, consumer disputes, construction disputes, neighbour disputes, harassment and injunctions, debt recovery, insolvency, contentious probate and professional negligence claims. Laura-Pauline is also a trained mediator. She based in our Colchester office.

Laura-Pauline obtained her Law Degree (with French language) from the University of Aberystwyth  in 2009 before completing the Bar Vocational Course in 2010 at City Law School, obtaining a Very Competent and thereafter undertaking her Legal Practice Course in 2016 also at City Law School, which she passed with distinction. Laura-Pauline further obtained her LLM in Legal Practice in 2017 with distinction on the subject of risk assessment within infant personal injury claims. She then cross- qualified as a solicitor having already qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive (CILEX) in 2018.

Laura-Pauline says “Having worked in London for a number of years I am looking forward to the same challenges and pace of work at TSP, just with the benefit of being closer to home. I am also looking forward to using my mediation skills. I firmly believe that a willingness by parties to engage in mediation creates common ground upon which the foundation of a satisfactory resolution to any dispute can be built”.

In her spare time Laura-Pauline enjoys baking, going to the cinema as an avid action film fan and travelling.
