My journey with the firm began nine years ago with a maternity cover secretarial role, which soon turned into a full-time position in the Medical Negligence team. Over the years, I’ve taken on more responsibilities, and now I handle new clinical negligence enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’m proud to be the team’s first point of contact for these cases, and I strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.
The work we do in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team makes a real difference in people’s lives, and that’s what I enjoy most about my role. I’m passionate about helping people, and I take pride in making sure that every enquiry is handled with care and professionalism.
