My experience includes advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals for a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to large corporates. These transactions have involved both UK-based and cross-border deals across a variety of sectors including IT and software, the motoring industry, care homes, manufacturing and agribusiness.
In addition to transactional work, I advise on corporate governance and business restructuring matters including company reorganisations, demergers, joint ventures, share capital reductions, shareholders' agreements, articles of association, partnership agreements, share allotments and share buybacks.
Having grown up in a farming family, I have a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing agricultural businesses. I work closely with our Agriculture team, supporting farming clients with business and partnership restructures, succession planning and other matters that help safeguard the future of their businesses.
