Anisa Khan is a Trainee Solicitor, currently in her first seat within the Wills and Probate Department.
She is working closely with and shadowing Mrs Fiona Ashworth.
Having joined the firm in August 2021, Anisa previously acted as the Specialist Court of Protection Paralegal within the team, and has a strong background in working and assisting on a range of Deputyship, Attorney and Trust Matters.
During her training period Anisa will gain exposure within different departments within the firm and expand her legal knowledge, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2025.
Anisa obtained a Law Degree from De Montfort University in 2018 before completing her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Prior to joining TSP Anisa has worked as an Assistant to the Care, Capacity and Court of Protection Team at a law firm in Worthing.
