TSP Strengthens Contentious Probate Offering with Appointment of Victoria Blanshard
Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) has further strengthened its contentious probate offering with the appointment of Victoria Blanshard to its growing Dispute Resolution team.
Victoria specialises in contentious probate, trust and private wealth disputes, bringing extensive experience in complex matters involving substantial assets, complicated trust structures and cross-border interests. She also advises on matters involving independent administrators and trustees.
Her appointment adds further specialist expertise to TSP’s Dispute Resolution team and supports the continued development of the firm’s contentious probate offering, helping clients navigate disputes involving estates, trusts and private wealth.
Victoria combines technical expertise with a commercial and client-focused approach. Recognising that disputes of this nature can arise at an already difficult time, she focuses on providing clear, strategic advice that helps clients understand their options, manage risk and identify the most effective way forward.
