Congratulations Stacey!
TSP is delighted to announce that Stacey Anderson has qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and is now a Chartered Legal Executive. Congratulations Stacey!
To become a Chartered Legal Executive Stacey has successfully completed the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives’ Level 6 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice, studying various areas of the law and, following a year of qualifying employment after completing her exams, qualified as a Fellow of the Institute.
Stacey, who is based in our Colchester office, joined the TSP Clinical Negligence team in 2013, initially as a Medical Claims Advisor, investigating and managing new enquiries. Once she completed her Level 6 exams Stacey began dealing with Clinical Negligence claims and now handles a full caseload.
Stacey says “The NHS is generally very good and most people receive great care. But occasionally things do go wrong. I am passionate about helping clients who have suffered as a result of a medical accident through no fault of their own. I understand that it can be an extremely difficult time physically, emotionally and financially. I aim to support clients by guiding them through the medical and legal issues in order to obtain answers about what went wrong and compensation to help them in the future.”
