Excellent Feedback as Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) Once Again Retains Its LEXCEL Accreditation
Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) solicitors is pleased to announce that it has once again been awarded the Lexcel accreditation, the Law Society’s legal practice mark for practice management and client care.
TSP has held this accreditation, which is rigorously assessed by an independent auditor on an annual basis, since 2006. It is only awarded to firms which meet the highest management, customer care and risk management standards.
Lexcel sets the required standard for law firms in seven different areas: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, file and case management. When conferring the accreditation for a further year the assessor remarked that “the high number of areas of good practice reflects the clear focus placed on quality practice management approaches at all levels.”
The assessor highlighted a number of areas where the firm excels. She commented that TSP had “done particularly well” with its client feedback results, quoting the extremely high level of satisfaction amongst respondents with the overall level of service provided. She praised the firm’s preparation for GDPR as being “of particular note” and was “impressed” with TSP’s Associate development programme which includes “internal mentoring and external coaching with a view towards future Directorship”.
Laura Finnigan, TSP Director, who has experience of TSP’s Associate development programme, said “I can say from first-hand experience that the Associate development programme that TSP has in place is excellent and has helped me enormously on my journey to becoming a TSP Director. In particular the support and mentoring that I received during my time as an Associate has prepared me well for my role as a Director of TSP.
