Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our respected and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of one of the region’s leading firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including:
    • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
    • Property development and strategic land projects
    • Commercial landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, break clauses)
    • Portfolio and estate management
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documents
  • Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
  • Supporting corporate transactions involving property elements
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord/tenant issues
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and proactive approach to business development
