The TSP Academy is pleased to invite applicants to become the first delegates to attend the new HR Academy which will focus on Employment Law and its practical application in the workplace. A group of no more than six delegates will meet six times during the course of a three to four month term. They will join TSP Director Jolyon Berry to explore the discrete and important parts of the relationship between businesses and their staff. Not only will delegates of the Academy receive training on some of the most important aspects of working with staff but they will also be in a safe, confidential environment in which to learn and share experiences from each other. During some of the sessions, real cases will be used as case studies and guest speakers will add to the delegate experience. Download the TSP HR Academy booklet here.
