I began my career in the City, having trained at “Magic Circle” firm, Freshfields, advising FTSE 100 companies and working on complex restructurings such as Eurotunnel and then the Lehman Brothers collapse whilst at global law firm, Latham & Watkins. Since joining TSP in 2019, I have advised companies, directors and shareholders across many sectors, including retail, automotive, manufacturing and local and national charities. I have also advised insolvency practitioners on solvent and insolvent liquidations, directors of financially distressed companies and creditors, seeking to recoup moneys owed to them by insolvent companies.

I am a member of both the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association, having successfully passed my Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency Law in 2023, and R3, the trade association for the UK’s insolvency and restructuring professionals. In addition, I am TSP’s Training Principal and particularly enjoy working with our trainee solicitors and prospective trainees as they begin their legal careers.
