Laura Veal, who was admitted as a solicitor in 2002, joined the TSP Residential Property team in October 2022.

Laura advises TSP’s clients on all types of Residential Property matters including buying and selling of both freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, re-mortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity. Having worked in Suffolk throughout her career Laura has gained a wealth of knowledge, and specialises in dealing with unusual properties and ones with rural complexities.

Laura completed her degree in Law at Nottingham Trent University before going onto complete her Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law.

Laura says “I really enjoy helping clients achieve their goals in the conveyancing process and ensuring each matter progresses as smoothly as possible. Having been in the residential property sector for many years, I have dealt with a wide variety of properties and have handled numerous associated potential property difficulties.”

In her spare time Laura like to spend days out with her family, listen to podcasts and explore new places through travel and walking.
