Juliet, who qualified as a solicitor in 2018, joined the TSP Family and Divorce team in January 2021. She advises clients on all aspects of Family law and is based in our Colchester office.

Juliet studied for her Law and Politics degree at the University of Plymouth before continuing to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law and her Legal Practice Couse at Anglia Ruskin University. Prior to joining TSP she previously trained and worked at firms in Suffolk and London.

Juliet advises and represents clients on all aspects of Family law including:-

  • Divorce and dissolution of civil partnership
  • Disputes regarding children regarding the living or contact arrangements for the children or specific issues (such as medical treatment, education, change of a child’s name or international relocation)
  • Financial claims arising from divorce or separation (in particular cases involving family businesses, military, high net worth and international asset cases)
  • Financial claims on behalf of children
  • Prenuptial or Post marital agreements and Cohabitation Agreements
  • Domestic violence and injunctions

 

Juliet is a committed member of Resolution. She seeks to approach her cases with a calm, pragmatic and empathetic manner and seeks to help clients find constructive solutions to avoid or resolve problems or financial claims arising from the breakdown of a relationship.

She says “Relationship breakdowns often give rise to many different issues and it can often be a stressful time when it is difficult to work out what to do. We aim to provide clear advice, assistance and representation to help you find the best way forward. Juliet speaks Dutch and French and in her spare time enjoys running, cycling, golf and playing the piano.
