Hayley says “One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is being able to help and support clients through challenging and/or distressing times such as the death of a loved one or concerns regarding the capacity of an elderly relation.  I work hard to develop strong working relationships of trust and confidence with my clients and aim to deal with all matters efficiently and with empathy.”

Dementia FriendsIn her spare time, Hayley has been involved in a number of voluntary positions including being a Community Mentor at a local secondary school and the Chair of Governors at a local junior school. Whilst Hayley is no longer a school governor, she continues to support the management team of the school. Hayley is a Dementia Friends Champion. Dementia Friends Champions are trained volunteers who encourage their family, friends, colleagues and local community to understand a little bit more about dementia, what it’s like to live with dementia and then turn that understanding into action. Dementia Friends is an Alzheimer’s Society scheme. Find out more about the scheme and how TSP is involved here.
