Francesca, who joined TSP in April 2017, works as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team in our Colchester office.

Francesca attended Honywood Community Science School before starting her career in law as an apprentice at local solicitors. Francesca went on to complete her NVQ Level 2 with a Distinction in just six months, appearing in a newspaper and magazine article for her success. Francesca continued her studies, completing her Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies, qualifying as an Associate Paralegal.

Francesca joined TSP as a Legal Secretary before becoming a Paralegal in February 2022. She handles a caseload of Debt Recovery matters and is developing her knowledge of Landlord and Tenant matters. She continues to develop her career and is currently studying to become a CILEX Lawyer with CILEX Law School and has recently obtained a distinction in law and practice.

In her spare time Francesca enjoys spending time with her children and is an avid crystal collector. Francesca also holds a Reflexology Diploma and is a Usui Reiki teacher.
