Carly Callaghan, who was admitted as a solicitor in 2007, is supervised by Laura Finnigan. She joined TSP Residential Property team in July 2013. Carly advises TSP’s clients on all types of Residential Property matters including buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties, investment purchases and shared ownership purchases. Carly is based in TSP’s Clacton office. Carly was appointed as an associate solicitor in October 2016.

Carly, who is local to the North-East Essex area, attended Manningtree High School before going on to study for her A-Levels at Colchester Sixth Form College. She completed her Law degree at the University of Essex and passed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with distinction. She has worked as a Residential Property solicitor since her qualification.

In her spare time Carly enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

Carly says “Residential Property work is very rewarding especially in Clacton which has a close knit community. Moving house can be a stressful time and I aim to make the transaction as smooth as possible for my clients.”
