Move for Mind is a 30 day exercise and fundraising challenge from Mind to raise money for better mental health. Rebecca has been supporting it by pledging to complete 100 miles within 30 days consecutively in January in the form of walking, running or stand up paddle boarding. So whether rain, snow, wind, or sun Rebecca is out every day working towards her challenge and raising awareness of the links between exercise and mental health.
Supporting mental health this winter is more crucial than ever. Since the pandemic began depression rates have soared and Mind have seen more calls to their infoline than ever before.
