Congratulations to Laura-Pauline Adcock-Jones and Richard Broadhead who have both recently been promoted to Associate Solicitors at Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP).
Laura-Pauline joined the Colchester based Dispute Resolution team in September 2019. She advises both commercial and private clients on a wide and varied range of general litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract disputes, consumer disputes, construction disputes, neighbour disputes, harassment and injunctions, debt recovery, insolvency, contentious probate and professional negligence claims. Laura-Pauline is also a trained mediator and a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer.
Richard joined the Clacton based Residential Property team in June 2020. Richard advises TSP’s clients on all types of Residential Property matters including buying and selling of both freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, re-mortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
