TSP is delighted to announce that Nicola Ashby has qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is now a Chartered Legal Executive. Congratulations Nicola!
To become a Chartered Legal Executive Nicola has successfully completed the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) Level 6 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice studying various areas of the law including Wills and Succession, Probate Practice, Equity and Trusts and Family Law and, following a year of qualifying employment after completing her exams, qualified as a Fellow of the Institute (FCILEx). She now intends to further her studies and become a member of STEP, the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
Nicola, who is based in our Clacton office, joined the TSP Wills and Estates team in June 2014. With significant experience in this area of the law, she advises clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Inheritance tax as well as dealing with the administration of estates.
