On Friday 18th December Laura Patterson Legal Assistant in our Residential Property team will be having her haircut for charity and raising funds for the Little Princes Trust.
The Little Princes Trust make real hair wigs and provide them for free to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their hair through cancer treatment and other conditions. Since their launch in 2006, they have supplied over 8,000 wigs to children and young people and have invested circa £5 million into ground-breaking childhood cancer research.
They accept both cash and hair donations and this will be the third time Laura has donated her hair! She previously made donations in 2015 and 2017. Laura is hoping to donate between 13-15 inches from her hair cut later this month. Alongside donating her hair Laura is also fundraising to support the charity. It costs the Little Princes Trust a minimum of £550 to make a wig and Laura is raising funds to help support this process.
Thompson Smith and Puxon are pleased to support Laura with this wonderful donation and look forward to seeing the post hair cut photos! To support Laura and make a donation to the Little Princes Trust you can visit her fundraising page here.
