Thompson Smith and Puxon and Jamesons Accountants will be hosting a workshop that will help to keep your business up to date. TSP’s Richard Porter and Caroline Nicholls will discuss some of the important recent legislation that your business should be aware of and Jameson’s Simon Garner will talk about using technology to improve your accounting practices. 4.40pm: Improving your business with technology – Simon Garner, Jamesons.

Simon will discuss the benefits of harnessing the latest technology to make your business accounting more timely, accurate and less labour intensive.

5.00pm: Company law changes you should be aware of – Caroline Nicholls, TSP.

Caroline will talk briefly about the key changes in the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act that your business needs to be aware of.

5.20pm: An Employment law update – Richard Porter, TSP .

Richard will give a whistle stop tour of recent (since April 2015) and upcoming Employment legislation that businesses need to be aware of.

5.40pm: General question and answer session
