Family and Divorce Law

TSP’s Family team comprises two specialist divorce solicitors, assisted by an experienced support team providing advice from offices in Colchester and Clacton.  The team, led by Marcus Price, has the experience to help you in what is often a difficult and worrying time.

We specialise in advising people on all aspects of relationship breakdown.

Our first aim is to achieve the quickest possible settlement through a constructive dialogue with all the parties concerned. On occasions where matters need to be taken to court, we will be there to support you each step of the way and ensure costs are kept to a minimum.

Both lawyers in the team have wide experience of all aspects of family law and are members of Resolution – the association for family law. They also hold special accreditations for family law from the Law Society and Resolution, and our friendly and approachable style aims to put you at your ease.

Where required, we will work closely with colleagues in other specialisms to provide you with a seamless one stop service. We will provide you with as much detail as possible as to likely costs as soon as we are able to do so.
