What happens next if you think you have a claim?

Here at TSP we are committed to providing you with an excellent level of service. You should only ever expect the very best service from TSP, which is why we have set out below how the procedure works if you think you have a claim and contact us.  

If you have chosen to call us we will set up an initial meeting with you - this is usually charged at a fixed rate. We will take as much infomation as we can from you during this initial meeting. It is important that you have all of the relevant information prepared and ready for this meeting. 

If you have filled out our online form we will acknowledge receipt of the form by email and will call you at the time that you have said is convenient to you to arrange an initial meeting with you. Again, it is important that you have all of the infomation about your case ready for this initial meeting.

We will need you to bring all of the documents that relate to your case to the meeting. Until we have all of the infomation we require we will not be able to assess your case.

Once we have everything that we need we will review your claim and the chance of winning if you were to proceed to tribunal and will discuss with you the options available for funding your case.
