Nick Mayles - Director
Nick specialises in corporate and commercial law and general business affairs. Nick has a wealth of experience dealing with acquisitions and disposals, mergers, restructuring and reorganisations, shareholder and partnership agreements and has, in recent years, built up and developed particular expertise in the sale, acquisition, merger and internal arrangements of dental practices. He acts for a broad range of clients (from entrepreneurs to national companies) from a variety of business sectors.
