14 September 2007: Thompson Smith & Puxon is a joint sponsor with Pyramid Recruitment Services of the Business Woman of the Year category in this year’s Newsquest Colchester Business Awards.
Pyramid Recruitment Services are a long-term sponsor of the awards, which culminate in a black tie event at Charter Hall in November.
Mary Anne Fedeyko, Head of Colchester and Clacton solicitors Thompson Smith & Puxon’s Commercial Department, together with Louise and David Balfour, Sales Director and Managing Director of Pyramid Recruitment Services, will judge the category. Their key criterion will be to identify the business woman who has made the most significant contribution to their organisation and the North Essex business community.
Mary Anne Fedeyko said: “There are a lot of strong contenders in the Colchester area for the Business Woman of the Year award so I know our task will be a difficult but very interesting one. The Colchester Business Awards have become an established part of the local business calendar and we are pleased to be part of this year’s event with Pyramid Recruitment Services.”
Louise Balfour said: “I am particularly looking forward to meeting all the finalists and hearing how they created their business and what their achievements along the way have been.
