28 February 2007 - Essex based solicitors Thompson Smith & Puxon, which has offices in Colchester and Clacton, has expanded its commercial property team to four staff with the appointment of Julia Perks.

Julia, age 27, completed her training at an Essex law firm two years ago. She has developed her skills and experience through managing a variety of commercial property transactions, including purchase and sale contracts, landlord and tenant work and the negotiation of new property leases.

She studied at ColchesterSixthFormCollege and GreenwichUniversity and her interests include cycling and DIY. She lives in Chelmsford where in her spare time she’s renovating her 1930s home.

The commercial property team at Thompson Smith & Puxon is headed by Senior Solicitor, Graham Wilson (Colchester office) and includes Consultant Solicitor Robin Baldwin (Clacton office) and David Goss, a Legal Executive with 30 years experience.
